Signature compounds risk
Acoustic, thermal and visual cues can expose movement. Lowering avoidable signature creates options; it does not make a platform invisible.
Public investor overview / 2-minute read
NorthForge Mobility is developing Dispatch: a Canadian tactical-mobility platform for low-signature movement and contested logistics.
Investment thesis
The two-minute case
Sensor-rich environments, complex terrain and contested logistics create a mobility gap between moving on foot and committing a conventional vehicle.
The same gap sits upstream of UAV operations: operators, UAVs, radios, sensors and field energy still need to move, deploy, reposition and recover with the team. NorthForge is developing Dispatch around lower-signature movement, modular energy, mission flexibility and field serviceability. The objective is a validated Canadian capability, not a recreational platform adapted after the fact.
The operating gap
Dispersed teams need another layer between moving on foot and committing a conventional vehicle.
Acoustic, thermal and visual cues can expose movement. Lowering avoidable signature creates options; it does not make a platform invisible.
Trails, damaged infrastructure, urban clutter and confined routes can deny larger vehicles while distance and payload make movement on foot costly.
Fuel, maintenance, recovery and transport burden follow the vehicle. A lighter modular layer can change the equation if validation proves it.
Dispatch / development platformThe product / Dispatch
Dispatch is being developed as an integrated vehicle, energy and mission-support platform for the contested last mile, bringing together multiple proprietary design, systems-integration and engineering know-how elements.
A design priority to be measured during validation.
Mission flexibility without claiming an unproven performance envelope.
Accessible systems, replaceable modules and graceful degradation.
Engineering, production and support developed around sovereign customer value.
Commercial path
The market strategy is sequenced from focused Canadian validation outward. It does not depend on an unverified top-down market-size claim.
Build evidence with focused users, mission threads and a sovereign capability case.
Expand with validated performance, compliant pathways and channel support.
Transfer defence-earned durability and service learning where the economics fit.
Traction / active pathways
These are management-reported, discussion-stage pathways. They do not represent executed orders, contracts, letters of intent or manufacturing agreements.
Management reports active discussions with Canadian Army stakeholders concerning a potential Q3 2026 purchase-order pathway. No purchase order, procurement contract or endorsement is represented as executed.
Management reports discussions with prospective EU and U.S. manufacturers concerning potential licence-production letters of intent. No signed LOI or manufacturing agreement is claimed.
Management reports discussions with a Ukrainian OEM concerning potential co-development and licence production. No executed agreement or customer commitment is claimed.
Executive team
Leadership spans company strategy, vehicle development, revenue and hardware-software integration.

Leads market development, investor engagement, government and defence relationships, strategic partnerships and the path from prototype to commercial program. Trevor brings 25 years of technology sales, operations and leadership experience, including Xerox, plus more than three years of executive-level R&D engagement with the CAF.

Leads vehicle concept, design and product development, translating mission requirements and prototype learning into the Dispatch engineering roadmap. Michael brings 26 years of global motorcycle and light-vehicle experience, including Yamaha, BRP and Piaggio Group, and more than 30 vehicle programs advanced through completion.

Leads revenue strategy, investor development and international business pathways. Stefano brings 30 years of business experience spanning enterprise technology, sales, strategy, investment and venture building, including MicroStrategy and consulting work for F1, Honda and Gucci, alongside Italian Army reserve service and Paris-Dakar competition.

Leads technology architecture and hardware-software integration across the Dispatch development program. Dom brings 20 years of integration leadership, three technology exits and experience raising US$90 million across technology and mobility.
